"I had an idea for a very particular arrangement and was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a florist that would be able to make it a reality. Previously I had already visited a couple other florists that couldn't put together what I wanted. I tried this place, hoping they could help me out. Despite the place being a little hidden I was very impressed with the huge amount of beautiful and exotic looking flowers available. It's really a beautiful place. The lady who helped me was extremely helpful. She was very friendly and knew exactly what look I was going for. "I needed to have flowers delivered for a memorial service. Not having much experience with this, I turned to Yelp. I chose Westmoor Florist based on the reviews and I am so glad that I found Westmoor Florist. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and spoke to Alicia. I told her I needed an arrangement to be delivered on Saturday. Alicia was super helpful. She offered advise on the colors and type of flowers most appropriate. I explained that I was still collecting donations from coworkers, so I wasn't sure about our budget, and she said that she would work with me in terms of budget. I called back on Thursday afternoon, after I had collected the money and placed our order. Again Alicia was very helpful. She even offered free delivery because the mortuary was close to her shop. I attended the memorial service on Saturday and I was very impressed with the floral arrangement that was delivered on our behalf. I had requested an all white composition and I noticed that Alicia had included orchids, roses, hydrangeas, and lilies. I am very impressed with the professional, caring service I received as well as the beauty and quality of the product delivered. "I wanted to get my mother a Valentine's Day bouquet at the last minute and I called on Valentine's Day to see if they can do a bouquet I can pick up and they said they will have one ready for me. When I got there they had two options for me and I went with the one they suggested. I gotta say, the quality of the flower and the freshness was amazing and the arrangement was beautiful! "Have been going here for 10 years now. They have a great selection! You just tell them how much you want to spend, what you're looking for ( and they can help with this part), colors, etc. Then they'll build a beautiful arrangement while you wait. Came away with a fantastic piece that looked awesome - the owner helped me, and she tucked in some great, unusual flowers that my friend ended up loving. They pick what's fresh and in season. Before they start they'll show you their idea based on your suggestions, and if you tell them you don't like their choices, they come up with other ones really quick.
